At Embody we believe yoga is for everyone. The majority of our yoga classes are open to all levels, though if you’ve never tried yoga before you may want to consider one of our regularly-scheduled beginners courses. We also offer one-on-one sessions at Embody, giving new students the opportunity for a more personalised introduction and more advanced students a chance for specialised tuition. Frequent weekend workshops and special events complement our studio activities ensuring there’s always something to look forward to.

Flow & Yin
The first half of this beautifully balanced class guides you through a series of gentle, flowing postures to help develop strength and flexibility. The pace then slows for the second half of the class with a focus on yin yoga poses designed to release both physical and mental tension. Finishing with a deeply relaxing savasana, you will leave feeling rested, rebalanced and restored.
Flow & Restore
A revitalising and nurturing class designed to help you unwind from your workweek. Warming up with some gentle yoga sequences to stretch out the kinks and rediscover your breath, you then move into a series of restorative yoga poses before finishing with a sublime yoga nidra (yogic sleep) meditation. The perfect start to a well-deserved weekend!
This class is ideal for beginners as well as more advanced students wanting to review the fundamentals of yoga. Our friendly and knowledgeable teacher will guide you through gentle yoga sequences with an emphasis on correct alignment and proper breathing techniques. Mother & Baby Yoga
The focus of this gentle yet effective post-natal yoga class is to re-tone your body after pregnancy and help reduce tension and strain to your wrists, arms, shoulders, chest and lower back. The class is designed to include your baby in a playful way to stimulate development and health, and includes gentle massage, interactive play and a sing-along. No yoga experience necessary.
Pregnancy yoga sessions are a wonderful opportunity to reconnect both with yourself and your baby. They are also a great way to become birth-fit, to pamper yourself a little, and to support sleep and general relaxation. The classes are friendly and fun and are filled with the encouragement and support so important during this very special time in your life. No yoga experience necessary.
This dynamic, flowing class moves you steadily through breath-synchronised vinyasa sequences designed to create heat, gradually preparing your body for the most challenging before gently being led to savasana, the final relaxation pose. You will leave feeling rejuvenated, energised and with a deep sense of balance and peace within. Suitable for intermediate/advanced practitioners.
