The Mother-to-Be Ritual: dedicated time to relax during pregnancy
Pregnancy brings physical and emotional changes, making dedicated time to rest especially valuable. Our Mother-to-Be Ritual combines pregnancy massage, a personalised Caudalie facial and a soothing foot massage in one carefully considered 90-minute treatment.
The ritual is not delivered as a rigid sequence. Your therapist will ask how you feel and adapt the balance of the treatment, giving a little more time and attention where you need it most.

45 minutes of tailored pregnancy massage
Your ritual begins with a pregnancy massage adapted around how you feel on the day. Your therapist will agree the positioning, pressure and areas needing extra care, helping you settle comfortably into deep relaxation.
A facial, with time for your feet
Next, enjoy a personalised Caudalie facial with gentle cleansing, exfoliation, facial massage and a mask selected for your skin. While the mask works, a soothing foot massage completes the experience.
Pregnancy Massage or the Mother-to-Be Ritual?
Choose our 60-minute Pregnancy Massage when you want the appointment to focus entirely on massage and particular areas of muscular tension. It is normally £80, or £70 for a new treatment client.
Choose the Mother-to-Be Ritual when you would like a longer, more complete experience combining 45 minutes of pregnancy massage with facial and foot treatments. It is normally £110, or £100 for a new treatment client.
Both treatments are personalised. Your therapist will discuss comfort, positioning and anything you would particularly like them to focus on before beginning.
When is the ritual suitable?
The Mother-to-Be Ritual is suitable anytime after the first trimester. Please tell your therapist how many weeks pregnant you are and mention any relevant concerns when booking.
