The site may also contain content whose copyright belongs to third-parties and which has been lawfully included in this site by agreement or specific licence. Users may view and download information from this site for their personal use, however no part of this website may be copied, adapted or used for commercial purposes without the written permission of Embody Wellness Limited.

10% Member Discount Promotion

Clients with an active class pass are eligible for a 10% discount on selected beauty and massage services. To qualify for the discount, the client must have an active class pass and quote ‘member discount’ when making their booking. The 10% discount cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotions or discounts.

New Client Offer

5 Classes for £45: This special £45 introductory offer allows new clients only to attend any 5 classes on our timetable. The offer is non-refundable and non-transferable and is not eligible for the concessionary rate. Valid for one month from date of first use.

All new client offers are subject to our standard cancellation policies. Clients on this offer have the option of pre-booking classes up to two weeks in advance, however please note that failure to attend a pre-booked class may forfeit the right to pre-book any further classes.

Bring a Friend for Free Offer

Subject to a place being available in the class, this promotion allows clients with an active Embody class pass to have a friend join them for free. If the friend then goes on to purchase our new client offer of 5 Classes for £45, the person who invited them is given a free class as well.

• pre-booking for morning and lunchtime classes is allowed the day before
• pre-booking for evening classes is only permitted on the day
• places are only bookable in classes which have at least three places still available
• if the friend purchases our new client offer we will add class credits to the pass belonging to the person who invited them
• the number of credits we add will depend on which class the friend attended
• clients can invite just one friend per class, but they can redeem this offer as many times as they wish as long as each friend has never registered for classes with us before

Refund and Cancellation Policy

Our website allows customers to reserve a place in a studio class. It also allows customers to purchase multi-class passes, gift cards and other retail merchandise.

The following sections outline our refund and cancellation policies for the different activities and for online purchases:

Studio Classes

Clients have the option of pre-booking classes up to two weeks in advance, however please note that failure to attend a pre-booked class may forfeit the right to pre-book any further classes.

Those using class credits may cancel a pre-booked class up to two hours before the class start-time with no penalty credits being deducted. It is important to note that all pre-bookings are considered confirmed two hours prior to the class start time. At this point it is no longer possible to cancel your pre-booking and the relevant number of credits will be deducted from your pass even if you do not attend the class. In addition, if you do not check in with reception at least five minutes before the start of the class your place may be forfeited and your pass still debited.

We recommend arriving 10 minutes before the start of your class (longer if you need to use our changing rooms). Please note that entry to a Pilates class is not permitted 5 minutes after the class commences. Entry after the start of yoga class is at our discretion. If late entry to a yoga class is permitted, students must wait until the opening meditation has finished before joining the class.

Courses & Workshops

You may cancel course and workshop enrolments up to three days prior to the scheduled start date with no penalty. Occasionally it may be necessary for Embody to cancel a course or workshop. If a course or workshop is cancelled you will be offered either a full refund or the option of being transferred to an alternative event.

If you wish to cancel within three days of the start date there will be no refund unless there is a waiting list and we can transfer your booking to another applicant. An administration fee of £5 will be payable if we succeed in transferring your booking to someone else.

Appointments

Appointments for therapists may be cancelled up to 24 hours in advance without penalty. Rescheduling or cancelling an appointment within the 24 hour period will incur a fee of 50% of the appointment cost. Appointments which are not cancelled or rescheduled within the 24 hour period will incur the full charge.

One-to-one sessions may be cancelled up to 48 hours in advance without penalty. Rescheduling a session within the 48 hour period will incur a fee of 50% of the session cost. Sessions which are not cancelled or rescheduled will incur the full charge.

Products & Merchandise

Products and merchandise purchased online or from reception may be returned within 14 days for full refund or exchange providing the item has not been used and is in its original packaging. Should you receive an item that is defective, damaged or not what you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible for replacement or refund.

Validity of Class Passes

Our new client offer is valid for 1 month from the date of first visit, and our pay-as-you-go class passes are valid for 3 months from the date of first visit. Passes can be extended for a period of one month for a fee of £10. Passes and drop-ins which are not activated expire after 12 months.

Validity of Appointment & Session Packages

Packages for massage & beauty appointments and for yoga & Pilates sessions are valid for twelve months from the date of purchase.

Gift Vouchers

Gift vouchers have a validity of twelve months from the date of purchase unless otherwise stated and are redeemable toward eligible products and services at Embody Wellness. Vouchers cannot be used for physiotherapy and osteopathy services. No change or refunds will be given where the sales transaction is for an amount less than the balance on the voucher, however the remaining balance may be applied to future purchases. If a purchase exceeds the amount of the gift voucher, the balance may be settled with any accepted payment method. Gift vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be resold or redeemed for cash.
