Susie began practising Pilates in 2002 to alleviate back pain. After experiencing first hand the remarkable benefits Pilates has to offer, Susie decided to train as a teacher. In 2011 she qualified as a Matwork Pilates teacher with Body Control Pilates. Since qualifying, Susie has taught beginner, intermediate and mixed ability classes, as well as pre and post natal Pilates in the UK and in Vancouver.
Susie loves helping people find their inner strength and is passionate about helping any one to develop a body that is flexible, strong and perfectly balanced.
