Rishin grew up in India and although yoga classes were held every week at his school it wasn’t until many years later when his physiotherapist recommended that he take up yoga to recuperate from a shoulder injury that he really began to appreciate the benefits of the practice.

After leaving a career in banking to start his own food business, Rishin completed his 200-hour teacher training with Dylan Ayaloo and Craig Norris at Hot Power Yoga in London and now splits his time between teaching yoga and his food business.

Since qualifying as a yoga instructor, Rishin has completed a yoga sport science qualification and also draws on influences from a number of inspirational teachers with whom he has practiced. In addition to teaching regular classes and bespoke workshops in London he has taught in Guatemala, Mexico, New York and India.
