Rachel Rivers



Rachel has a BA and Masters degree in Exercise Science, is a certified Micheal King Pilates Instructor, Personal Trainer, Tennis Instructor, Corrective Exercise Specialist and is pre and post natal trained. Rachel has also studied CBT, Hypnotherapy and NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming) and is Metabolic Balance Nutrition trained. Rachel is a big believer in all things, MIND, BODY & NUTRITION must be in sync in order to obtain optimal health. Her motto is “you are only as strong as your weakest link”.

Rachel’s love for everything related to sports and fitness started on the tennis court and later took her to the USA on a full scholarship. She competed internationally in tennis until injuries and illnesses stopped her career. Pilates was the only practice that both healed her injuries and helped her regain strength to protect against further injury damage.

Rachel is passionate about helping others enjoy a similar experience and understands how your state of mind plays a vital role in overall health and wellbeing.
