Kath has been practising yoga for the last fifteen years and qualified as a yoga instructor in 2014 with Yoga London. She teaches a fun and relaxed class with a focus on alignment and making sure you are doing what’s best for your own body. She is also a mindfulness and meditation teacher so likes to incorporate some of those techniques into her classes too.
Kath teaches vinyasa flow, restorative yoga, power yoga, hatha yoga, yin yoga and meditation.
