Claire went to her first Pilates class 10 years ago and instantly loved how it made her feel. Her body quickly became stronger and leaner, and her posture improved significantly. These results continued to encourage and impress her, and after a number of years she decided to become a Pilates teacher, undertaking her training with the prestigious STOTT Pilates.
The STOTT Pilates method has been described as the ‘Ivy League’ of Pilates education and is extremely thorough, focusing on postural alignment, anatomy and achieving a balanced, revitalised body.
Claire’s teaching approach is lighthearted whilst at the same time carefully focused on the goals and requirements of her students. She sincerely feels that Pilates is for everyone regardless of shape, age or ability, and takes great pleasure in sharing the many benefits Pilates can offer.
