Barbara’s path of yoga started thirteen years ago when she took her very first class at Triyoga in London. The experience was so profound that she never looked back.
Initially focussing on traditional ashtanga, she went on over the years to explore a variety of other yoga styles with an array of wonderful teachers. Her asana practice was complemented by the study and practise of Buddhist meditation. Eventually Barbara felt ready to give back that which she had learned and which had helped her so much in her personal life and she undertook her teacher training.
Barbara enjoys teaching classes that are dynamic and uplifting with a strong focus on alignment and breath.
