As we welcome the new year with lockdown 3.0, it w As we welcome the new year with lockdown 3.0, it would be easy to feel a little stuck but here's hoping you find new perspective to embrace this time for what it is and what you need! 

Whether that is a little peace and calm in the form of a candle lit bubble bath or just for a little walk outside.

We often set resolutions in the form of targets to strive toward, beating ourselves up when we fail to meet the expectations we set for ourselves. In these COVID times possibly the best resolution we could set is time in the day to check in with ourselves and our loved ones.

To make time for what is needed in the moment! Not what we think or feel we should do but what we actually need - be it rest, exercise or a bar of chocolate. Now is the time to hold a safe space, especially as we will be occupying that space for until further notice.
