At Embody we have a great team of friendly and experienced teachers with a range of classes for all levels, though if you’ve never done Pilates before you may want to consider joining one of our frequent beginners courses to learn the basics. If you’d prefer a more personalised experience try our one-on-one sessions for the ultimate in individual instruction and customised exercises. One-on-one sessions are available for both mat-based Pilates and Reformer Pilates (which utilises specially-designed equipment to enhance support and resistance during training).

Pilates Class Levels
Level 1: Beginner
Level 1 – 2: Beginner to Intermediate
Level 2: Intermediate
Level 2 – 3: Intermediate to Advanced
Designed to enhance flexibility, core strength and fluidity of movement, Barre Fusion combines ballet-based barre work, dynamic stretching and Pilates to strengthen, lengthen and sculpt. Alternating between barre and floor exercises, this low impact class is suitable for all fitness levels and no prior dance or Pilates experience is required. Just be ready to work hard and have fun!
Bodycare Pilates: Level 1
Looking to improve your posture, core strength and general mobility? This class is the ideal starting point, and is particularly well-suited to anyone recovering from an injury, suffering from back pain, living with medical conditions such as arthritis, or simply wanting a safe and gentle return to a fitness programme. Suitable for all ages and all levels of fitness.
Dynamic Pilates: Level 2 – 3
With a strong focus on improving body shape, strength and definition, this results-driven class combines classical Pilates with body conditioning exercises and functional training to effectively boost overall fitness and wellbeing. Ideal for anyone wanting a challenging workout or looking to enhance their performance in relation to other sports such as running, cycling and gym training. Suitable for all levels except complete beginners.
