Whether you’ve reached a plateau in your progress, recovering from an injury, or simply prefer the individual attention of one of our expert teachers, one-on-one will help you achieve your goals sooner.
New to yoga or Pilates? Why not book our special 2-session introductory package? It’s designed as a private beginners course providing you with the basic techniques and terminology of mat-based yoga and Pilates to give you the confidence to join our beginner-level group classes throughout the week. The price is £150 for one person (or £170 for two people), and as a special bonus, once you’ve finished your two sessions we’ll credit your Embody account with our new client offer of 5 Classes for £45 – free of charge to you!

Reformer Pilates
The Reformer is a versatile piece of exercise equipment combining pulleys and springs with a gliding carriage for a challenging and well-rounded workout. It uses resistance to develop and enhance strength, core stability, coordination and flexibility.
At Embody, Reformer Pilates is offered as a one-on-one session only.
