Have you tried our new strength and flexibility class yet?

Earlier this year we introduced a new class called Strength & Flexibility and it's quickly become one of our most popular sessions.

The class is all about helping your body function at its best through a combination of yoga and Pilates-based stretching and strength exercises focused on improving range of motion, endurance, core stability and muscle tone.

On Thursday we launched another regular session of this class from 5.45 - 6.45pm on Thursdays, taught by the newest teacher to join our team, the wonderful Lauren Rutherford!!

That means all our Strength & Flexibility throughout the week are:

Tuesdays 12.30 - 1.15pm with Kelly Balmer
Thursdays 5.45 - 6.45pm with Lauren Rutherford
Fridays 12.30 - 1.15pm with Flo Christensen
Saturdays 12.15 - 1.15pm with Susie Lovelock
