CHRISTIAN DE PONTE

Soon after finishing his degree in Modern Languages, Christian spent the early part of his career living and working in places such as Mozambique, South America, Mexico and Southern Europe. In 2003 he returned to the UK, and since then his primary career focus has been within the hospitality, travel and IT sector. Christian has always been passionate about health, fitness and nutrition however, so drawing on his extensive operational and commercial experience to help launch Embody in 2012 was a natural and rewarding choice.

Christian remains closely involved with Embody Wellness, not only advising on the management and marketing of the business, but also as an avid student attending as many yoga and Pilates classes as he can!
