BRUCE TEGART

For most of his life Bruce has had a strong interest in the wellness industry. Growing up in Canada in a particularly beautiful area of the Rocky Mountains he was surrounded by hot springs, therapists, spas and retreats. This exposure developed a knowledge and appreciation of the industry which has broadened over the years.

Prior to settling in London in 1998 Bruce travelled extensively, moving from Canada to New Zealand and then on to Australia. During these years Bruce worked predominantly in the service industry and in property development. Before opening Embody Wellness in 2012 Bruce worked for many years as a personal assistant in a private London office.

Bruce oversees the day-to-day running of Embody Wellness, working hard to ensure that after your first visit we see you again and again.
