Designed to enhance flexibility, core strength and fluidity of movement, our Barre Fusion classes combine ballet-based barre work, dynamic stretching and Pilates to strengthen, lengthen and sculpt. Alternating between barre and floor exercises, this low impact class is suitable for all fitness levels and no prior dance or Pilates experience is required. Just be ready to work hard and have fun!
