Users may view and download information from this site for their personal use, however no part of this website may be copied, adapted or used for commercial purposes without the written permission of Embody Wellness Limited.
10% Member Discount Promotion
Holders of an Embody Wellness membership card are eligible for a 10% discount on selected beauty and massage services when presenting their card during check-out. To qualify for the discount, the client must have an active class pass and quote ‘member discount’ when making their booking. The 10% discount cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotions or discounts, and is valid until 31 December 2017.
New Client Offers
5 Classes for £35: This special £35 introductory offer allows new clients only to attend any 5 classes on our timetable. The offer is non-refundable and non-transferable and is not eligible for the concessionary rate. Valid for one month from date of first use.
5 Classes + Facial or Massage for £60: This special new client offer combines our standard 5-class introductory pass with a 45-minute massage or facial, all for just £60. The offer is non-refundable and non-transferable and is not eligible for the concessionary rate. Classes are valid for one month from date of first use. Clients can choose one of the following 45-minute treatments to be enjoyed within one month of purchase: Swedish/Holistic Massage, Express Facial, Indian Head Massage, Facial Rejuvenation Massage or Reflexology.
1 Month Unlimited for £65: This special introductory offer allows new clients unlimited access to our scheduled classes for a period of one calendar month. The offer is non-refundable and non-transferable and is not eligible for any concessionary rates. Valid from date of first use.
All new client offers are subject to our standard cancellation policies. Clients on the above offers have the option of pre-booking classes up to two weeks in advance, however please note that failure to attend a pre-booked class may forfeit the right to pre-book any further classes. In addition, clients purchasing our 1 Month Unlimited offer should note that if a pre-booked class is not cancelled a minimum of two hours before the class start time a no-show fee of £10 will be charged to the pass holder’s account, and the option to pre-book further classes will be suspended until this £10 no-show fee has been paid.
Monthly Autopay – Unlimited Class Pass
To qualify for the discounted monthly rate of £99 clients must provide credit or debit card details and agree to a minimum of four months membership. The initial payment of £99 is taken when signing up for the autopay pass with subsequent monthly payments taken out on the billing date of your contract.
After the initial four months you have the right to terminate the autopay without penalty by contacting Embody in writing no later than ten days before your next payment is due. Clients who wish to terminate their autopay within the initial four month period agree to pay a £90 cancellation fee. You are entitled to suspend (freeze) this agreement twice during each 12 month term by giving ten days written notice to Embody.
Clients on our monthly autopay have the option of pre-booking classes up to two weeks in advance, however it is important to note that if a pre-booked class is not cancelled a minimum of two hours before the class start time a no-show fee of £10 will be charged to the pass holder’s account. In addition, the option to pre-book further classes will be suspended until this £10 no-show fee has been paid.
The monthly autopay pass is non-refundable and non-transferable and is not eligible for the concessionary rate.
Refund and Cancellation Policy
Our website allows customers to reserve a place in a studio class. It also allows customers to purchase multi-class passes, gift cards and other retail merchandise.
The following sections outline our refund and cancellation policies for the different activities and for online purchases:
Clients have the option of pre-booking classes up to two weeks in advance, however please note that failure to attend a pre-booked class may forfeit the right to pre-book any further classes.
Those using class credits may cancel a pre-booked class up to two hours before the class start-time with no penalty credits being deducted. It is important to note that all pre-bookings are considered confirmed two hours prior to the class start time. At this point it is no longer possible to cancel your pre-booking and the relevant number of credits will be deducted from your pass even if you do not attend the class. In addition, if you do not check in with reception at least five minutes before the start of the class your place may be forfeited and your pass still debited.
Those attending classes using an unlimited pass are subject to the same rules as those using class credits. In the case of unlimited passes, if a pre-booked class is not cancelled a minimum of two hours before the class start time a no-show fee of £10 will be charged to the pass holder’s account. In addition, the option to pre-book further classes will be suspended until this £10 no-show fee has been paid.
We recommend arriving 10 minutes before the start of your class (longer if you need to use our changing rooms). Please note that entry to a Pilates class is not permitted 5 minutes after the class commences. Entry after the start of yoga class is at our discretion. If late entry to a yoga class is permitted, students must wait until the opening meditation has finished before joining the class.
Courses & Workshops
You may cancel course and workshop enrolments up to seven days prior to the scheduled start date with no penalty. Occasionally it may be necessary for Embody to cancel a course or workshop. If a course or workshop is cancelled you will be offered either a full refund or the option of being transferred to an alternative event.
If you wish to cancel within seven days of the start date there will be no refund unless there is a waiting list and we can transfer your booking to another applicant. An administration fee of £10 will be payable if we succeed in transferring your booking to someone else.
Appointments for therapists and one-on-one sessions may be cancelled up to 24 hours in advance without penalty. Rescheduling or cancelling an appointment within the 24 hour period will incur a fee of 50% of the appointment cost. Appointments which are not cancelled or rescheduled within the 24 hour period will incur the full charge.
Products & Merchandise
Products and merchandise purchased online or from reception may be returned within 14 days for full refund or exchange providing the item has not been used and is in its original packaging. Should you receive an item that is defective, damaged or not what you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible for replacement or refund.
Validity of Class Passes
Except where expressly stated, class passes are valid for 3 months from the date of purchase. Passes can be extended for a period of one month from the expiry date for a fee of £10.
Gift vouchers have a validity of twelve months unless otherwise stated and are redeemable toward eligible products and services at Embody Wellness. No change or refunds will be given where the sales transaction is for an amount less than the balance on the voucher, however the remaining balance may be applied to future purchases. If a purchase exceeds the amount of the gift voucher, the balance may be settled with any accepted payment method. Gift vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be resold or redeemed for cash.
