Molly first turned to yoga as a means of stress relief and exercise whilst studying for her A-levels. Several years of yoga practice down the line, she realised yoga had shed a new light on all parts of her life. This prompted her to complete her 200 hour Vinyasa Flow teacher training in 2013 and has continued to attend workshops and intensives ever since. She will soon begin study with Yogacampus to become a Yoga Therapist.

For Molly, yoga has demonstrated that the body, thoughts, feelings and mind are capable of changing, evolving, and even healing through a regular practice. She believes that by trying and failing, but then trying again, and again, yoga can take us on an epic journey of self-discovery, acceptance and growth. She teaches mindful, flow yoga classes and encourages students to listen to, and work sensitively with their own bodies and nature. By cultivating awareness of how the practice affects the body, mind and spirit – she hope students can create a process of self-enquiry, allowing them to reconnect with their own, inner teacher.
