YOGA TEACHER & WORKSHOP FACILITATOR
Lexie Williamson is a British Wheel of Yoga and Yoga Sports Science® instructor specialising in teaching endurance athletes, and the author of Yoga for Cyclists, Yoga for Runners and The Stretching Bible (Bloomsbury Publishing).
She has worked with The London Dynamos, Kent Velo Girls, Elmbridge Road Runners and many individual runners, cyclists and triathletes, and written for Cycling Weekly, Trail Running, Runner’s World and Women’s Fitness. Lexie is studying part-time for an Exercise & Sports Science BSc. She is a keen cyclist and rides with the Surrey-based Viceroys Triathlon Club.
