At Embody we have a great team of friendly and experienced teachers leading our mat-based classes. Classes are open to all levels, though if you've never done Pilates before you may want to consider joining one of our frequent beginners courses to learn the basics.
If you’d prefer a more personalised experience try our one-on-one sessions for the ultimate in individual instruction and customised exercises. One-on-one sessions are available for both mat-based Pilates and Reformer Pilates (which utilises specially-designed equipment to enhance support and resistance during training).
Classes are held in our beautiful light-filled Vauxhall studio located just minutes from the train, bus and underground station.
