Liz Shaw

Private sessions with Liz incorporate classic Pilates moves alongside more challenging strength exercises if appropriate. Ensuring good posture and with an emphasis on using and improving core strength, Liz encourages her clients to go beyond their limits. The hour finishes with targeted deep stretches and you will be provided with recommended exercises and stretches designed to maintain the sense of wellbeing between each session.

John Hobbs

John will design a refreshing and energising programme to meet your specific physical requirements and goals. The exercises will improve your strength and muscular tone, your flexibility and coordination giving the body and spine support which will improve all of your day-to-day activities.

Mary Paternoster

Mary has been a Pilates instructor for over 10 years and is qualified to teach not only mat-based and Reformer Pilates but also Pregancy Pilates, Baby Arc and MVe Chair. During her one-on-one sessions she incorporates a mix of equipment and props to deliver effective and enjoyable sessions tailored to suit each client’s individual needs or goals.

Kelly Balmer

Private sessions with Kelly will benefit both complete beginners and long-time devotees of the Pilates method. Her approach draws on over seven years as a Pilates teacher to create an easy, mindul flow of movement with a strong focus on functional core work.

Lisa D'Arcy

Lisa is a passionate teacher keen to help her clients get the most from their sessions. In addition to being qualified to teach mat-based Pilates, she has also trained in Pilates Reformer, pre & postnatal Pilates, and Pilates rehabilitation. Lisa is also a qualified massage therapist and worked as a professional dancer and choreographer for over 12 years.
