Embody's foundation courses are a safe and gentle introduction to the many health and fitness benefits of mat-based Pilates. Our friendly and knowledgeable teachers will instruct you in the fundamental techniques associated with the Pilates Method giving you the confidence to attend any of our drop-in classes scheduled throughout the week.
